Privacy and confiderntiality are of key importance in any therapy. Cynthia adheres to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018. A confidentiality statement is included in the health questionnaire sent to clients. The DPA 2018 requirements include:
a.keeping written records of each treatment, as well as the initial health questionnaire
b. keeping all client information safe and secure
c. not share any personal information about a client with anyone else without their express permission
d. allowing clients to see any records kept about their treatment, if requested.
